The pilot is a 14-day engagement where we run a reactivation campaign against an old list exported from your CRM. Setup is $0. You pay $50 per qualified intro that shows and $200 per new member acquired during the pilot.

To start the pilot, the studio exports a CSV from its CRM containing name, phone, email, lead status, last contact date, and location. Supported booking platforms include ClubReady, Walla, Mariana Tek, and Mindbody.

The 14-Day Pilot setup is $0. You pay $50 per qualified intro that shows, $200 per new member acquired, and $1,500 and up per month for the ongoing system after the pilot.

Stretch studios, Pilates studios, boutique fitness studios, assisted-stretch franchisees, studios with 1 to 10 locations, and studios with at least 300 old leads or customers in their CRM.

It is not a fit for brand-new studios with no old leads, studios that cannot handle more intro appointments, or studios without permission to contact their list by SMS or email.
